On the morning of March 20, a grand unveiling ceremony marking the joint establishment of a Party branch between Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was held at the Group’s headquarters. Attending the event were Kuai Shenglong, Vice Dean of the College of Hydraulic Engineering at Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College, along with a delegation of five; He Jun, Administrative Director of the Group; Li Wenliang, Secretary of the Party Branch; heads of relevant departments; and representatives of alumni from the College who are currently employed within the Group.

On the morning of March 11, Zhang Yingsong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Bahe District CPPCC and Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to visit and conduct a fact-finding mission at the Group. The team gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and development, listened to its concerns, and offered support to help alleviate its difficulties. Huang Yongwen, Chief of the Construction Management Section of the Bahe District Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau; Zhang Mingchen, Director of the Economic Development Department of the Bahe Economic Development Zone; and Fu Jiawei, a staff member of the District CPPCC, accompanied the visit. Wang Pengcheng, General Manager of the Group, along with heads of relevant departments, warmly received the delegation and participated in a symposium.

To further strengthen the Group’s law-based management and fortify its legal risk‑prevention framework at the start of the year, the Group held a specialized training session on construction contract law on the morning of February 27. The event featured a lecture by Attorney Hong Song of Shanghai Jianwei (Hefei) Law Firm, who provided a systematic overview of the “Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Legal Issues Concerning the Trial of Disputes over Construction Contract Cases” (Draft for Public Comment). More than 20 mid‑ and senior‑level managers from the Group attended the training.

On the morning of February 27, Bahe District convened a conference on “Two‑Innovation Integration” to accelerate the development of new‑type productive forces and upgrade industries, during which it announced the list of enterprises that made outstanding contributions to high‑quality development in 2025. The Bahe District Party Committee and District Government commended and publicly recognized 45 enterprises across the district for their exceptional achievements in 2025 in areas such as local tax revenue, scientific and technological innovation, cultural industries, the service sector, industry, commerce, and the modern construction industry; Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was among those honored.
