Haoyu West Alley (Section from Luoma Lake Road to Hongze Lake Road) Two municipal road networks and associated roadway infrastructure are undergoing restoration and reconstruction. On No. 8 Road, a new De400–800 sewer pipeline totaling 2,900 meters in length and a new d1000–1500 stormwater pipeline totaling 2,890 meters have been constructed; approximately 1,465 meters of roadway are being renovated, with simultaneous sidewalk restoration and granite curbstone replacement. At Haoyu West District, a new De400 sewer pipeline measuring 520 meters and a d1000 stormwater pipeline measuring 479 meters have been built; the reconstructed roadway is 20 meters wide, adopting a standard cross-section of 5-meter sidewalks, a 10-meter carriageway, and another 5-meter sidewalk.
Since the project’s commencement, the Group has proactively fulfilled its responsibilities. In response to challenges such as the intricate underground utility networks in urban areas, constrained working spaces, and heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic, it has engaged in advance planning and meticulous deployment, developing detailed staggered‑work schedules, standardizing construction barriers and on‑site warning signage, and minimizing disruptions to local residents’ daily lives and livelihoods, as well as to road traffic. The project adheres rigorously to municipal engineering construction standards, exercising strict control over critical processes—including material entry, pipeline installation, and pavement restoration—while closely monitoring construction details and maintaining stringent quality oversight to ensure that the renovation meets all required benchmarks.
Upon completion, the project will substantially enhance the underground utility network’s capacity for stormwater drainage and flood control, effectively addressing pressing urban challenges such as seasonal waterlogging and sewage buildup, thereby strengthening the city’s flood‑prevention and drainage infrastructure. It will also further refine the municipal drainage system in the Municipal Government New Area, improve road accessibility, and elevate the quality of the living environment, genuinely boosting the sense of well‑being and satisfaction among local residents and businesses.
