The company’s registered capital is RMB 1.15 billion.The company holds Grade‑I general contracting qualifications in hydraulic and hydropower engineering, construction engineering, municipal public works, highway engineering, foundation engineering, architectural decoration and renovation, environmental protection engineering, as well as numerous specialized contracting qualifications in bridge engineering. It is also authorized to undertake overseas engineering projects. In addition, the company boasts a large pool of Grade‑I and Grade‑II construction engineers and a team of mid‑ to senior‑level technical professionals, with robust technical expertise and state‑of‑the‑art construction equipment.

Since 1999, it has consistently been awarded the title of “Contract‑Abiding and Credit‑Respecting Enterprise” of Anhui Province. The company was among the first to obtain integrated certification for quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, and it operates a provincial‑level Enterprise Technology Center and a Testing and Inspection Center.
