Anhui Xinjian plans to participate in residential development projects in Ukraine, advancing a comprehensive project around Kyiv.

On March 24, 2026, Anhui New Ukraine Branch, in collaboration with BGV Group and the International Entrepreneurship Promotion Center, conducted an on-site assessment of prime land parcels near Kyiv to plan and advance a mixed-use commercial‑residential project. The project will integrate Chinese construction standards with Ukrainian market demands to develop a high‑quality urban mixed‑use community, thereby expanding the Group’s overseas real estate development footprint.
