The company’s registered capital is RMB 1.15 billion.The company holds Grade-I General Contracting Licenses for Hydropower and Water Conservancy Engineering Construction, Building Engineering Construction, Municipal Public Works Construction, Highway Engineering Construction, as well as Grade-I Specialized Contracting Licenses for Foundation and Substructure Engineering, Architectural Decoration and Finishing Engineering, Environmental Protection Engineering, and Bridge Engineering, among others. It is also qualified to undertake overseas engineering projects. In addition, the company boasts a large pool of Grade-I and Grade-II Construction Engineers and mid- to senior-level professional technical personnel, with robust technical capabilities and state-of-the-art construction equipment and technologies.

2021–present
The company’s annual output value exceeds RMB 5 billion, and it has been listed among the “Top 100 Private Enterprises in Anhui Province” for many consecutive years. It has also established the Anhui Xinjian Holding Group’s office building in Baohe District.
2017-2020
The company holds Grade‑I general contracting qualifications in municipal engineering, construction, water conservancy and hydropower, and highway engineering, as well as specialized contracting qualifications in foundation engineering, interior and exterior decoration, landscaping, bridge construction, environmental protection, and other fields. Its annual output value exceeds RMB 3 billion.
2008-2010
The company has actively pursued engineering investments, achieving significant results. Subsequently, it expanded into financial and diversified investment activities, and restructured itself as Anhui Xinjian Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company’s general contracting qualifications for municipal public works and building construction were both upgraded to Grade I, enabling its engineering general contracting business to move into the high-end segment.
2005-2006
The company holds Grade II general contracting qualifications in hydropower and water conservancy, highway engineering, municipal engineering, and building engineering, as well as a Grade II specialized contracting qualification in foundation engineering, with an annual output value exceeding RMB 300 million.
2002-2003
The company holds a Grade II general contracting qualification for hydraulic and hydropower engineering, as well as Grade III general contracting qualifications for highway, municipal, and building construction projects, with an annual output value exceeding RMB 100 million.
1996-1998
The company holds multiple Grade III and Grade IV general contracting qualifications in hydropower, highway engineering, and building construction, with an annual output value of several tens of millions of yuan.
