On March 14, 2026, the Ukrainian subsidiary of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group successfully obtained Ukraine’s CC3 construction qualification—the highest level in the country’s construction sector. This qualification encompasses key areas such as power engineering, residential construction, road and bridge projects, and telecommunications infrastructure, providing compliant assurance for undertaking subsequent projects—including photovoltaic power plants, commercial and residential developments, and logistics hubs—and significantly enhancing the company’s market competitiveness in Ukraine.
