Recently, the construction of the Baohe BH202442 land parcel project, undertaken by the Group, has been steadily accelerating. At the construction site, all work processes are being carried out in a standardized, orderly, and efficient manner, with the overall project progressing smoothly and showing positive momentum.

The project is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Xiuning Road and Zhaotan Road in Baohe District, Hefei City, and falls under… Yangon Area A key project for the renovation of urban villages. The project has a total floor area of 60,149.87 square meters, including approximately 43,200 square meters above ground and about 16,900 square meters underground. It is planned to comprise four high-rise residential buildings, one district‑managed distribution substation, and one ancillary building that includes an in‑house distribution substation, providing a total of 352 residential units. The site is located adjacent to the government‑affairs district, enjoying a distinct locational advantage.

As a key platform for urban renewal in the region, the project leverages residential development to effectively unlock the potential of existing land in the old city, optimize land‑use allocation, and continuously attract foot traffic while invigorating regional growth, thereby fostering deep integration between industry and urban life. At the same time, the project will comprehensively enhance the living environment and overall aesthetic character of the old city, elevate its urban image, and powerfully drive the organic revitalization of the Bahe District’s historic core and the iterative upgrading of its regional value.
