On the morning of September 17, Li Xiangxian, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Baohe District, led a delegation to visit the Xinjian Group, conducting on-site inspections and surveys. The team gained first-hand insights into the company’s operations, listened directly to its development needs, and provided practical support to help alleviate its difficulties.

On the morning of September 17, Li Xiangxian, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Baohe District, led a delegation to visit Xinjian Group, conducting an on-site inspection and research mission. The team gained first-hand insights into the company’s operations, listened directly to its development needs, and provided practical support to help alleviate its difficulties. Dai Yonggen, Director of the Representatives’ Work Committee of the District People’s Congress Standing Committee, along with Deputy Directors Xu Feng and Zhang Yingwen, Director of the People’s Congress Working Committee of Baogong Subdistrict, accompanied the visit. Wang Pengcheng, General Manager of the Group, and heads of relevant departments warmly received the delegation and participated in a symposium.

At the symposium, General Manager Wang Pengcheng extended a warm welcome and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Director Li Xiangxian and her delegation. He provided a detailed briefing on the company’s overall business performance over recent years, its core business strategy, key project development, workplace safety management, talent‑development initiatives, and future growth plans. In addition, drawing on the company’s actual operating conditions, he candidly outlined the challenges and needs it currently faces in its ongoing development.
