To further enhance the professionalism, standardization, and intelligence of the Group’s tendering and bidding operations, the company organized a specialized training session on AI‑assisted bid preparation on the morning of June 27, aiming to comprehensively strengthen the bidding expertise of all employees and proactively address market competition in the new landscape of AI‑driven bid evaluation. Chairman Wang Jieying delivered an opening address, while Deputy General Manager Liu Bo and other relevant executives conducted the training. More than 60 participants, including staff from all business units and mid‑to‑senior management personnel, attended the session.

During the training, instructor Zhu Zilin provided a systematic overview of end-to-end bid management, covering every stage from project information gathering and task allocation to bid document preparation. He emphasized establishing a standardized information‑gathering mechanism to promptly track tender schedules, screen tender announcements, and complete registration and download of tender documents. In addition, he introduced project‑based classification management and refined the bid registration process, with the bidding department centrally coordinating workflow assignments. Deputy General Manager Liu Bo, drawing on Hefei’s tendering and bidding policies, provided an in-depth analysis of the AI‑based bid evaluation rules and their operational characteristics. He stated that, in accordance with the unified requirements of the Municipal Public Administration Bureau, all engineering projects in Hefei have fully adopted AI‑driven bid evaluation. Participants are urged to attach great importance to tender announcements and evaluation procedures, thoroughly understand the procurer’s needs and technical standards, and prepare their bid documents strictly in line with the tender document requirements, ensuring comprehensive, compliant, and effective responses.

Yu Haiquan focused on the intricacies of preparing technical bid documents, providing a detailed exposition that integrated key elements such as construction organization plans, quality objectives, and an in-depth analysis of the bill of quantities. He systematically broke down each metric in the bid, guiding staff to accurately grasp the essential preparation points and strengthen the technical foundation supporting the bidding process.

Finally, Chairman Wang Jieying, drawing on the pain points and challenges of traditional construction‑project planning as well as the revolutionary changes brought by AI, pointed out that the bidding and tendering sector is accelerating its transition toward digitalization and intelligentization, with bid‑document quality emerging as a core factor for shortlisting.
