Contract signed and finalized! The Group has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Ukraine’s INIT Company.

During a visit to Anhui Xinjian Holding Group for an inspection and exchange, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on cross-border cooperation in the new energy sector, project implementation, and resource alignment, successfully establishing transnational collaboration channels and helping the group expand into the Ukrainian and European new energy markets.

INIT is a leading Ukrainian enterprise in the fields of energy infrastructure development and technological R&D, boasting extensive experience in the construction, operation, and supply-chain management of new‑energy projects, as well as robust access to European market resources. Its strategic alignment with the Group’s new‑energy development agenda makes it a key partner in the Group’s overseas expansion efforts.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation toured the Group’s exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of its development trajectory, industrial portfolio, and the achievements of its flagship projects. They expressed high appreciation for the Group’s overall strength and the competitiveness of its new‑energy business.

During the special symposium, both sides focused on core new‑energy sectors such as photovoltaics and energy storage, engaging in in‑depth consultations and candid exchanges on key issues including market‑resource alignment, innovative cooperation models, and pathways for advancing project implementation, thereby reaching a preliminary consensus on cooperation.

On the afternoon of June 3, during the inspection visit, representatives from both sides formally held a signing ceremony for a memorandum of cooperation. They identified three major areas of collaboration—photovoltaic and energy storage product distribution, joint development of EPC projects, and localized production of energy storage systems—and agreed on a phased implementation plan spanning the short, medium, and long term. A regular working group and communication mechanism were established to lock in key cooperation priorities and clarify follow-up action plans, thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful execution of future projects, technology exchange, and shared market development.

The signing of this memorandum marks the official launch of cross‑border new‑energy cooperation between the two parties, representing a significant breakthrough for Xinjian Group in advancing its international expansion and broadening its overseas new‑energy business. Moving forward, the Group will leverage the complementary resources and industrial strengths of both sides to deepen its presence in the Ukrainian and European markets, accelerate the growth of its international operations, and support the company’s high‑quality global expansion.
