The Group has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Construction Enterprise of Anhui Province” for five consecutive years.

Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the Provincial Department of Transport, the Provincial Department of Water Resources, and the Provincial Telecommunications Administration jointly announced the results of the 2024 designation of outstanding construction enterprises in Anhui Province. Anhui Xinjian plans to participate in residential development projects in Ukraine, advancing a comprehensive project around Kyiv.

On March 24, 2026, Anhui New Ukraine Branch, in collaboration with BGV Group and the International Entrepreneurship Promotion Center, conducted an on-site assessment of prime land parcels near Kyiv to plan and advance a mixed-use commercial‑residential project. The project will integrate Chinese construction standards with Ukrainian market demands to develop a high‑quality urban mixed‑use community, thereby expanding the Group’s overseas real estate development footprint.

Joint Campus–Enterprise Development and Industry–Academia Integration: Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and the Group Company Launch a Joint Party Branch Building Initiative.

On the morning of March 20, a grand unveiling ceremony marking the joint establishment of a Party branch between Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was held at the Group’s headquarters. Attending the event were Kuai Shenglong, Vice Dean of the College of Hydraulic Engineering at Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College, along with a delegation of five; He Jun, Administrative Director of the Group; Li Wenliang, Secretary of the Party Branch; heads of relevant departments; and representatives of alumni from the College who are currently employed within the Group.

Anhui’s newly established Ukrainian subsidiary has obtained the highest local construction qualification, enabling it to expand into the local market across all dimensions.

On March 14, 2026, the Ukrainian subsidiary of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group successfully obtained Ukraine’s CC3 construction qualification—the highest level in the country’s construction sector. This qualification encompasses key areas such as power engineering, residential construction, road and bridge projects, and telecommunications infrastructure, providing compliant assurance for undertaking subsequent projects—including photovoltaic power plants, commercial and residential developments, and logistics hubs—and significantly enhancing the company’s market competitiveness in Ukraine.

Spring Training Bolsters the Rule of Law and Builds a Barrier Against Risks—The Group’s First Legal-Themed Training Empowers High-Quality Development

At the dawn of the New Year, all things are renewed. To further strengthen the Group’s law-based management and fortify its legal risk‑prevention framework at the start of the year, the Group held a specialized training session on construction contract law on the morning of February 27. The event featured a lecture by Attorney Hong Song of Shanghai Jianwei (Hefei) Law Firm, who provided a systematic overview of the “Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Legal Issues Concerning the Trial of Disputes over Construction Contract Cases” (Draft for Public Comment). More than 20 mid‑ and senior‑level managers from the Group attended the training.
