Zhang Yingsong and his delegation from the Bahe District CPPCC paid a visit to the Group for an inspection and research tour.

On the morning of March 11, Zhang Yingsong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Bahe District CPPCC and Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to visit and conduct a fact-finding mission at the Group. The team gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and development, listened to its concerns, and offered support to help alleviate its difficulties. Huang Yongwen, Chief of the Construction Management Section of the Bahe District Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau; Zhang Mingchen, Director of the Economic Development Department of the Bahe Economic Development Zone; and Fu Jiawei, a staff member of the District CPPCC, accompanied the visit. Wang Pengcheng, General Manager of the Group, along with heads of relevant departments, warmly received the delegation and participated in a symposium.

At the symposium, General Manager Wang Pengcheng extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to Deputy Secretary Zhang Yingsong and his delegation, providing a detailed report on the company’s overall operational performance over recent years, its core business strategy, key project development, workplace safety management, talent‑building efforts, and future growth plans. Drawing on the company’s actual operating conditions, he candidly outlined the challenges and needs it currently faces, expressing the hope that the District Party Committee, the District Government, and relevant functional departments will continue to offer guidance and support, further improve the business environment, and ensure the company’s steady and sustainable development.

During the symposium, Section Chief Huang Yongwen and Minister Zhang Mingchen addressed each of the enterprises’ concerns one by one, reviewing applicable policies on the spot and clarifying the coordination procedures. They proactively established an efficient communication channel between government and business, and pledged to continue providing robust support, fully coordinating to resolve the challenges facing enterprise development and effectively removing obstacles to their growth.

After carefully listening to the report, Deputy Secretary Zhang Yingsong highly commended the Group’s steadfast commitment to establishing itself in Baohe District and deepening its core business, noting its significant contributions to boosting regional economic development, advancing urban construction, and ensuring employment. He stated that Baohe District has consistently regarded optimizing the business environment as a central pillar of economic growth, attaching great importance to the development of enterprises within its jurisdiction and providing comprehensive support to help them grow stronger, better, and more sustainable.

With regard to the enterprise’s future development, Deputy Secretary Zhang Yingsong outlined three expectations: First, remain committed to the core business and pursue prudent operations, continuously strengthening core competitiveness and accurately seizing opportunities in industry development. Second, proactively integrate and foster synergistic growth by aligning with the economic and social development plans of Bahe District, identifying common ground between corporate expansion and regional development, and achieving concerted, mutually beneficial progress. Third, maintain unwavering confidence in growth and work together to address challenges encountered in the course of development. The District CPPCC, the District Federation of Trade Unions, and relevant functional departments will continue to keep communication channels open, coordinate resources across all stakeholders, and make every effort to overcome obstacles, thereby helping enterprises achieve faster and more robust growth in Bahe District.

General Manager Wang Pengcheng stated that this fact-finding visit fully demonstrates the care and support of the District Party Committee, the District Government, and all relevant functional departments for enterprises within the jurisdiction, leaving businesses feeling warmly supported and bolstering their confidence. Moving forward, the Group will earnestly implement the guidance and requirements from this visit, remain true to its original mission of development, strengthen internal management, accelerate project execution, and actively fulfill its corporate social responsibilities.
