2026-02-28
At the dawn of the New Year, all things are renewed. To further strengthen the Group’s law-based management and fortify its legal risk‑prevention framework at the start of the year, the Group held a specialized training session on construction contract law on the morning of February 27. The event featured a lecture by Attorney Hong Song of Shanghai Jianwei (Hefei) Law Firm, who provided a comprehensive briefing focused on the “Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Legal Issues Concerning the Adjudication of Disputes over Construction Contract Cases” (Draft for Public Comment). More than 20 mid‑ and senior‑level managers from the Group attended the training.

During the training, Attorney Hong Song focused on the core provisions of judicial interpretations, drawing on the practical characteristics of the construction industry and representative case law. He provided in-depth analysis of key issues such as the determination of contract validity, settlement of project payments, resolution of schedule disputes, allocation of quality‑related liabilities, and the priority right of payment. He also thoroughly examined the legal risk points throughout the entire engineering management process, offering participants clear guidance on applicable laws and practical strategies for addressing real‑world challenges.
This training session was practical and highly targeted, effectively enhancing the legal awareness and risk‑management capabilities of mid‑ and senior‑level managers. Participants engaged in diligent study and active discussions, gaining a deeper understanding of the key legal principles governing construction contract management and dispute resolution.
Going forward, the Group will take this training as an opportunity to further advance the development of a law-based enterprise, integrating legal risk prevention and control into every stage—project management, contract negotiation, and performance execution—thereby continuously enhancing its capacity for lawful operations and compliance management and solidifying the rule-of-law foundation for the Group’s high-quality development.
