Joint Campus–Enterprise Development and Industry–Academia Integration: Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and the Group Company Launch a Joint Party Branch Building Initiative.

On the morning of March 20, a grand unveiling ceremony marking the joint establishment of a Party branch between Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was held at the Group’s headquarters. Attending the event were Kuai Shenglong, Vice Dean of the College of Hydraulic Engineering at Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College, along with a delegation of five; He Jun, Administrative Director of the Group; Li Wenliang, Secretary of the Party Branch; heads of relevant departments; and representatives of alumni from the College who are currently employed within the Group.

On the morning of March 20, the unveiling ceremony for the joint Party branch initiative between Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College and Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was solemnly held at the Group’s headquarters. Attending the ceremony were Kuai Shenglong, Vice Dean of the College of Hydraulic Engineering at Anhui Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College, along with a delegation of five; He Jun, Administrative Director of the Group; Li Wenliang, Secretary of the Party Branch; heads of relevant departments; and representatives of alumni from the College who are currently employed within the Group.

At the exchange meeting, Vice President He Jun extended a warm welcome to Vice President Kuai Shenglong and his delegation, systematically outlining the company’s development journey, its business strategy, and an overview of its Party‑building efforts. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics, including the sharing of best practices in Party building, innovation in university–enterprise cooperation models, graduate employment guidance, and the establishment of internship bases. They unanimously agreed that joint Party‑building initiatives represent a crucial lever for fostering the deep integration of education, talent development, and industrial chains. Moving forward, they will draw on this collaborative approach to further advance the substantive integration of industry, academia, and research; deepen the seamless fusion of Party building with core business operations; and ensure a precise alignment between talent cultivation and the specific needs of the workforce.

Vice Dean Kuai Shenglong stated that the college has consistently upheld the educational philosophy of “industry–education integration and school–enterprise collaboration,” dedicating itself to cultivating talent in the field of water conservancy and hydropower. This initiative to engage with enterprises in joint Party branch building is both an important step toward establishing a platform for Party‑building exchanges and pooling resources to strengthen Party work, as well as a crucial move to gain a deeper understanding of enterprise job requirements, refine talent‑training programs, and broaden students’ employment prospects. The college hopes to use Party building as a connecting link to establish a regular, coordinated mechanism with enterprises, fostering resource sharing and complementary strengths, and achieving mutually beneficial development under the leadership of Party building.

Subsequently, in the presence of all participants from both sides, Wu Changchun, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Hydraulic Engineering Department at the School of Hydraulic Engineering, Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, and Li Wenliang, Secretary of the Group Company’s Party Branch, jointly unveiled the plaque for the joint Party branch established by the university and the enterprise. Both parties unanimously agreed to take this unveiling as a new starting point, guided by Party building, and to prioritize collaborative efforts in areas such as joint organizational development, joint talent cultivation, and cultural integration, while establishing a regular platform for interaction and exchange, thereby effectively transforming the vitality of Party building into a driving force for the development of university–enterprise cooperation.

This joint Party‑building exchange activity between the university and the enterprise not only strengthened mutual learning and experience‑sharing in Party‑building work but also clarified the direction for industry–university–research collaboration, laying a solid foundation for future regular, in‑depth cooperation. Moving forward, both sides will continue to take Party building as the guiding principle, deepen the university–enterprise collaborative education mechanism, establish an integrated platform for talent development and technology transfer, and foster synergistic, win‑win growth between Party building and business operations. Together, they will inject new momentum into the high‑quality development of the water‑resources sector and write a new chapter.
