1 Project Overview

(1) This project is located at Hefei city Baohe District 。

2. Scope of Tender and Contracting Method

(1) Scope of Tender:

As set forth in the construction drawings, design briefing materials, drawing review minutes, design change documents, meeting minutes, technical verification forms, and other relevant documents provided by the tenderer. 3. Qualification Requirements

(1) Fire protection engineering contractors with relevant construction experience, a strong track record, and an excellent reputation shall possess the necessary financial resources, machinery, and equipment to complete the assigned project, and shall establish an organizational structure and staffing levels commensurate with the project’s scale, as required. Bidders must possess independent legal person status and a business license, Relevant qualifications 、 Materials such as the work safety production license, bank account opening permit, and proof of similar project experience.

(2) Possessing adequate performance capability; the amount of the performance bond is specified in the tender documents.

(3) At each project site, Party B shall assign at least the following management personnel: one Project Manager, one Technical Manager, and one Full-time Safety Officer. All such personnel must be stationed on-site at all times and subject to attendance monitoring by Party A.

(4) Party B must employ a sufficient number of professionally skilled workers who are duly certified and qualified to perform their duties.

(5) This tender will adopt a post-qualification review process. Bidders who fail to meet the eligibility requirements and are therefore not selected as the successful bidder shall bear full responsibility for such failure.
