Tender Notice – Lighting Specialized Subcontract Construction

The general contracting project for Plot BH202214, undertaken by our organization, now meets the conditions for commencing lighting‑installation works. We hereby invite domestic bidders who satisfy the requisite qualifications to submit proposals for the subcontracting of the lighting‑installation portion of this project.

Our organization is the contractor. The general contracting works for the BH202214 plot are now ready for the lighting project. Construction Conditions: We hereby invite bids for the specialized subcontracting work related to the project’s lighting installation. Domestic bidders meeting the eligibility requirements are welcome to participate.

1. Project Overview

(1 ) This project is located at Baohe District, Hefei City 。

(2) Project Scale: The general contracting project for Plot BH202214 is located at the intersection of Wangjiang Road and Huizhou Avenue in Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province. Covering an area of approximately 45.05 mu, the total floor area is about 60,000 m², comprising six residential buildings (Buildings 1–6), one office building (Building B1), and associated ancillary facilities.

2. Scope of Tender and Contracting Method

(1 ) Scope of Tender: The lighting project for Buildings 1 through 6, Building B1, and the main gate of Plot BH202214 shall encompass all items specified in the drawings and design documents provided by the Employer, including but not limited to lighting fixtures, conduit and wiring, cables, control equipment, power supply equipment, as well as all other elements covered by the design. For detailed specifications, please refer to the contract terms and the bill of quantities.

(2) Contracting Method: Contractor‑provided labor and materials (including the completion of all contracted scope and work items), guaranteed construction schedule, quality, safety, finished‑product protection, civilized construction practices, testing and inspection, construction of the sample area, preparation and filing of relevant documentation, completion acceptance, and compliance with all drawing‑related requirements—covering all work necessary to successfully complete this project. 。

(3) Construction Period: 60 days ， The project’s schedule milestones shall be completed on time in accordance with the construction progress plan and requirements of Party A’s Project Department.

(4) Project Quality: In accordance with the quality provisions stipulated in the general contracting agreement and in compliance with current national standards for lighting installation and acceptance, the project quality shall meet… Excellent Standards, ensure Yellow Mountain Cup 。 The safety objective of this project is “ Anhui Province Demonstration Construction Site for Work Safety Standardization ”。

3. Qualification Requirements

(1) A specialized lighting‑engineering contractor with proven experience in similar projects, a strong track record, and an excellent reputation; capable of securing the necessary funding, machinery, and equipment to complete the assigned work, and equipped with an organizational structure and personnel commensurate with the project’s scale as required. 。 Bidders must possess independent legal person status and a valid business license. A Grade II professional contracting license in surveying or mechanical and electrical installation, or a Grade II or higher general construction contracting license—meeting any one of these qualifications is sufficient. Please provide the safety production license, bank account opening permit, and evidence of similar project experience ( At least two projects exceeding RMB 1 million in value within the past five years. ) and other relevant materials are kept on file for reference.

(2) Possessing adequate performance capability; the amount of the performance bond is specified in the tender documents.

(3) At each project construction site, Party B shall assign at least the following management personnel: Project… One project manager, one technical manager, and one full-time safety officer. (With certification) 1 person, 1 construction worker, (Above-mentioned personnel must be company‑owned employees and must provide proof of social insurance contributions.) The aforementioned personnel shall be stationed on-site at all times and subject to Party A’s attendance management, working no less than 80% of the monthly construction hours.

(4) Party B must employ a sufficient number of professionally skilled personnel who are required to hold the relevant certifications and work with proper credentials.

(5) This tender will adopt a post-qualification review process. Bidders who fail to meet the eligibility requirements and are therefore not selected as the successful bidder shall bear full responsibility for such failure.
