Construction Conditions: We hereby invite bids for the specialized subcontracting work related to road markings and signage for this project. 1. Project Overview

(1 ) This project is located at Baohe District, Hefei City 。

(2) Project Scale: The Technology R&D Center project of Anhui Jiatiang Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Bahe District, Hefei, Anhui Province, north of Xian’an Road and west of Shanxi Road. The main building comprises 19 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, while the podium consists of 4 floors. The total floor area is 28,634 m², with approximately 6,620 m² of underground space. .75㎡, land The total floor area is approximately 22,013.25㎡, encompassing a research and office building, a logistics complex, and other facilities. 。

The general contracting project for Plot BH202214 is located at Intersection of Wangjiang Road and Huizhou Avenue, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, Covering an area of approximately 45.05 mu, the total floor area is about 60,000 square meters. m², comprising three residential buildings, one office building, and associated ancillary facilities.

2. Scope of Tender and Contracting Method

(1 ) Scope of Tender: All items specified in the drawings and detailed design, including road pavement markings and directional arrows, parking space markings (with numbering), accessible parking space markings (with numbering, wheelchair access routes, and accessibility signage), wheel stops, impact‑resistant corner guards, speed humps, exit signs, pedestrian‑pathway direction signs, guide posts, speed limit signs, convex mirrors, yellow grid lines at entrances and exits, and parking‑lot entrance/exit signage—along with all related content covered by the tenderer’s drawings, design briefings, drawing review minutes, design change orders, meeting minutes, and technical approval forms—are included. For further details, please refer to the contract and the bill of quantities.

(2) Contracting Method: Turnkey contracting, including all materials, completion of the entire scope of work and all associated tasks, adherence to the project schedule, quality assurance, safety compliance, protection of finished works, civilized construction practices, detailed design development, testing and inspection, construction of a sample demonstration area, preparation and submission of required documentation, and final竣工验收 (completion acceptance). As well as the relevant drawings and requirements, all work necessary to complete this project, including the detailed design of sub‑projects requiring further elaboration.

(3) Construction Period: 60 days ， The project’s schedule milestones shall be completed on time in accordance with the Client’s Project Department’s construction schedule and requirements.

(4) Project Quality: In accordance with the quality provisions stipulated in the general contract and in compliance with the current national standards for the construction and acceptance of road markings, signs, and signage. , the engineering quality meets   Excellent   Standards, ensure   Yellow Mountain Cup 。 The safety objective of this project is “ Anhui Province Demonstration Construction Site for Work Safety Standardization ”。

3. Qualification Requirements

(1) A specialized construction enterprise with experience in similar projects, a proven track record, and an excellent reputation, capable of securing the necessary funding, machinery, and equipment to complete the assigned work, and equipped with an organizational structure and personnel commensurate with the project’s scale as required. Bidders must possess independent legal person status and a valid business license. A Grade II professional contracting license for architectural decoration and renovation projects, or a Grade II or higher general construction contracting license—meeting any one of these qualifications is sufficient. Please provide the safety production license, bank account opening permit, and relevant project performance records.

(2) Possessing adequate performance capability; the amount of the performance bond is specified in the tender documents.

(3) At each project construction site, Party B shall assign at least the following management personnel: Project… One project manager, one technical manager, and one full-time safety officer. (With certification) 1 person, 1 construction worker, (Above-mentioned personnel must be company‑owned employees and must provide proof of social insurance contributions.) The aforementioned personnel shall be stationed on-site at all times and subject to Party A’s attendance management, working no less than 80% of the monthly construction hours.

(4) Party B must employ a sufficient number of professionally skilled personnel who are required to hold the appropriate certifications before commencing work.

(5) This tender shall be subject to post-qualification review. Bidders who fail to meet the eligibility requirements and are therefore not selected as the successful bidder shall bear full responsibility for such failure.
