1 , Tender Overview

(1) Project Location: General Contracting Project for Plot BH202214, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province.

(2) Tender Scale: The procurement and installation of all air-conditioning systems for Building B1 comprise approximately 37 individual work items.

2. Scope of Tender and Contracting Method

(1) Scope of the tender: For details, please refer to Anhui Xinjian Holding Group Co., Ltd. – Bill of Quantities Quotation Form

(2) Contracting Method: A lump-sum contract covering materials, installation, mechanical and electrical equipment, construction schedule, quality, safety, civilized construction, and acceptance and commissioning.

(3) Supply Lead Time: The specific lead time shall be determined through mutual consultation between Party A and Party B based on the actual procurement and installation circumstances. Commencement Date: July 5, 2025, or as specified in Party A’s commencement order.

(4) Material Quality: The air-conditioning units meet the technical requirements specified in the drawings, and their installation complies with relevant codes and the design standards outlined in the drawings.

3. Qualification Requirements

(1) Suppliers with relevant project experience and a solid reputation. Bidders must provide documentation demonstrating independent legal entity status, a business license, and evidence of similar projects, all duly stamped with the company’s official seal.

(2) Possessing adequate履约 capability. Bidders shall have sound financial and monetary standing; manufacturers or distributors shall enjoy a good social reputation and, over the past three years, shall not have been subject to any litigation or arbitration arising from criminal offenses or serious violations of law related to fraudulently obtaining contracts.

(3) This tender will adopt a post-qualification review process. Bidders who do not meet the eligibility requirements and therefore cannot be awarded the contract shall bear full responsibility for such failure.
