China’s water conservancy projects have recorded annual investment exceeding one trillion yuan for four consecutive years.

At the National Water Conservancy Work Conference held on January 5–6, it was announced that in 2025, China’s total investment in water conservancy projects will reach 1.2848 trillion yuan, marking the fourth consecutive year in which annual investment in water infrastructure has exceeded one trillion yuan.

On January 8, 2026, the Ukrainian subsidiary of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group, New Investment Trading Co., Ltd. (NTIC), completed all registration procedures in Ukraine and officially commenced operations. This marks a significant milestone for the Group as it implements its “Going Global” strategy and deepens its presence in the European market.

Attendees included representatives from the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the Municipal Bureau of Urban and Rural Construction, the Baohe District Government, and the Baohe Economic Development Zone Management Committee.

Anhui has established a new Ukrainian subsidiary and is engaging in exchanges and cooperation with the city of Stryi.

On November 2, 2025, Li Jinggui, General Manager of the newly established Ukrainian subsidiary of Anhui, held talks with the Deputy Mayor of Stryi, Ukraine. Both sides expressed strong interest in cooperation across urban infrastructure, energy modernization, and public‑welfare projects, and have already begun drafting relevant project‑cooperation agreements to expedite the implementation of specific initiatives.

Anhui Xinjian enters Ukraine’s new‑energy sector, aligning with high‑end charging‑station resources.

By the end of October 2025, Li Jinggui, General Manager of Anhui Xinjian’s Ukrainian subsidiary, engaged in in-depth discussions with Leonid Petrovich Kozachenko, former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and head of a local electric‑vehicle charging‑station company. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on key areas such as the development of Ukraine’s new‑energy charging infrastructure, market strategy, and policy cooperation, paving the way for the company to enter the high‑end segments of charging‑station manufacturing and new‑energy vehicle support services.

Anhui Xinjian is deepening its presence in the Ukrainian market, conducting on-site market research in western and southern Ukraine.

In September–October 2025, the team of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group’s Ukrainian subsidiary will complete on-site research in key regions of western and southern Ukraine, visiting local government and business entities, industrial parks, and potential partners. This effort will provide a comprehensive understanding of regional demand in infrastructure, energy, logistics, new energy, and other sectors, offering first-hand data to support the precise implementation of projects. The field mission will lay a solid foundation for the subsequent deployment of businesses including photovoltaic power, electric vehicle charging stations, logistics hubs, and residential development.

On the morning of October 16, the 2025 Anhui Province Top 100 Private Enterprises Announcement Ceremony was solemnly held in Hefei. The Anhui Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security jointly released the 2025 lists of Anhui’s top 100 private enterprises by revenue, as well as the top 100 in the manufacturing and service sectors.
