The winter sun shines warmly, and the branches are laden with ripe fruits. On December 6, the 30th anniversary celebration of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was solemnly held in Hefei. Attendees included representatives from the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the Municipal Bureau of Urban and Rural Construction, the Baohe District Government, and the Baohe Economic Development Zone Management Committee.

Leaders from the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the Municipal Bureau of Urban and Rural Construction, the Baohe District Government, the Baohe Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Anhui Military‑Industrial Group, along with representatives of partner enterprises, mainstream media reporters, and employee delegates from all sectors of the Group, gathered to jointly witness this momentous occasion—a milestone that embodies three decades of dedication and glory.

The celebration was themed “Thirty Years of Steadfast Endeavor, Forging Extraordinary Achievements,” looking back on the Group’s three-decade journey of development. In his address, Chairman Wang Jieying fondly reflected on the company’s arduous path—from its humble beginnings to becoming an industry benchmark—expressed heartfelt gratitude for the strong support of governments at all levels and strategic partners, paid tribute to generations of Xinjian employees for their unwavering dedication, and outlined an ambitious blueprint for future growth. Wei Bangren, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Urban and Rural Construction; Han Guanghui, a member of the Standing Committee of the Baohe District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor; and Li Junbo, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, each delivered remarks, commending the Group’s remarkable achievements over the past thirty years and encouraging it to continue deepening its commitment to the real economy, thereby making further contributions to the high-quality development of the local economy and the private sector.

At the celebration, a solemn employee recognition ceremony was held, during which employees with 10, 15, and 20 or more years of service were presented with the Contribution Award, the Role Model Award, and the Achievement Award, respectively. The award-winning representatives have accompanied the company’s growth through their youth and unwavering dedication, becoming the group’s most solid foundation. Their craftsmanship and loyalty earned sustained rounds of applause from the entire audience.
