Anhui has established a new Ukrainian subsidiary and is engaging in exchanges and cooperation with the city of Stryi.

On November 2, 2025, Li Jinggui, General Manager of the newly established Ukrainian subsidiary of Anhui, held talks with the Deputy Mayor of Stryi, Ukraine. Both sides expressed strong interest in cooperation across urban infrastructure, energy modernization, and public‑welfare projects, and have already begun drafting relevant project‑cooperation agreements to expedite the implementation of specific initiatives.
