The nation’s highest honor in the municipal engineering sector! A project undertaken by the Group has been awarded the “2025 Municipal Engineering Highest Quality Rating.”

Recently, the China Municipal Engineering Association issued the “Notice on Projects Awarded the Highest Quality Rating in Municipal Engineering for 2025.” The EPC project for the Ecological Regulation and Storage Integrated Sub‑project of the Dangshan County Urban Flood Control and Drainage Facilities Construction Project, undertaken by the Group, has been successfully recognized with the “2025 Municipal Engineering Project with the Highest Quality Rating”—the highest honor in the municipal engineering sector.

The Municipal Engineering Award for the Highest Quality Level is a national-level honor administered by the China Association of Municipal Engineering. Alongside the National Quality Award, the Luban Prize, and the Zhan Tianyou Award, it ranks among China’s four major awards for construction quality, reflecting the country’s cutting-edge standards of its time and serving as a key benchmark and model within the industry.

Project Overview: The EPC contract for the Ecological Regulation and Storage Integrated Sub‑project under the Dangshan County Urban Flood Control and Drainage Infrastructure Construction Project is located on the southern bank of the Huan Cheng River in Dangshan County. The total investment amounts to approximately RMB 135.9 million, with a planned land area of 190,867 square meters. As a key project for urban and industrial park development in Dangshan County, the project envisages the construction of flood control and water‑regulation facilities at the southeastern corner of the Huan Cheng River, as well as infrastructure along the river’s inner banks and within the adjacent parkland.

During construction, the project team overcame numerous challenges, including a narrow working face on the inner bank, the absence of a materials‑processing area, heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic in close proximity to residential areas, substantial dredging volumes with depths reaching 6.5 meters—posing significant safety risks—and the extensive relocation of residents from the Nanguan Mosque. By continuously refining the construction plan, optimizing the sequence of operations, and meticulously developing a comprehensive schedule, the team advanced the project in accordance with the guiding principle of “prioritizing quality, ensuring timely completion, controlling costs, and maintaining safety.” As a result, they successfully delivered a high‑quality masterpiece that seamlessly integrates leisure and recreation, fitness and sports, and cultural exhibitions, once again establishing this project as a benchmark of excellence in northern Anhui.
