Notice on the Organization of the Anhui Provincial Qualifying Round for the Second Construction Industry Project Manager Skills Competition

To the Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureaus (Urban–Rural Development Bureaus) of all cities, the Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureaus of Guangde City and Susong County, and relevant units:

In accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Notice on Hosting the Second Construction Industry Project Manager Skills Competition” (Haiyuan JianShe Gong Fa [2026] No. 2) jointly issued by the National Committee of the China Seafarers’ Construction Union, the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the China Construction Industry Association, and the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, as well as the Technical Documents for the Second Construction Industry Project Manager Skills Competition, and following deliberation, the Anhui Provincial Preliminary Round of the Second Construction Industry Project Manager Skills Competition is hereby scheduled to take place in Hefei on July 20. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Competition Organizing Committee

To ensure the successful organization of the competition, the Organizing Committee for the Anhui Provincial Qualifying Round of the Project Manager Skills Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Committee”) has been established, responsible for overseeing all matters related to the provincial qualifying round.

II. Time and Location

Registration Time: July 19, 2026, 2:30 PM–5:30 PM

Registration Location: Anhui Foreign Economic Cooperation Building, No. 28 South Second Ring Road, Baohe District, Hefei City

III. Eligible Participants

(1) Participants in the Anhui Provincial Qualifying Round of the Skills Competition will be selected through an online points‑based screening process. This selection will be conducted via the “Online Training” platform of the China Seafarers’ Construction Union’s Project Manager Skills Competition, with the cut‑off date for point accumulation set as July 10, 2026. The top 60 candidates in Anhui Province, based on their cumulative online practice‑question scores, will qualify for the provincial qualifying round.

(2) The housing and urban–rural development authorities of each city, as well as the organizers and co-organizers of this competition, may make supplementary recommendations on a selective basis. Nominees must have completed registration on the “Online Training” platform, passed the eligibility review, and meet the competition’s participation requirements; the number of recommended candidates shall not exceed two.

The complete list of candidates will be publicly announced. Following the conclusion of the public notice period without any objections, the official participants for the Anhui Provincial Qualifying Round of this skills competition will be finalized.

IV. Schedule

For specific details such as on-site registration, seating arrangements in the examination room, and the drawing of lots for the defense, please refer to the Competition Guidelines.

V. Competition Awards

This selection competition will award first, second, and third prizes, as well as an excellence award. The Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development will issue certificates of honor in accordance with relevant regulations. The top eight contestants based on the overall scores will be designated as the members of the Anhui Provincial Team and will be given priority consideration for participation in the Second Construction Industry Project Manager Skills Competition.

VI. Other Matters

(1) All contestants must bring their own valid resident ID card. Prior to check-in and before entering the theoretical examination, the organizing committee will conduct a unified identity verification process; contestants who fail to present complete documentation will be disqualified from participation.

(2) This theoretical assessment will be conducted as a computer-based, closed-book exam.

(3) The Organizing Committee will arrange meals uniformly; participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses.

All nominating departments are requested to complete the nomination form carefully and submit the electronic version to 1343548194@qq.com by 5:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
