A delegation led by the chairman of the group company visited Yuli County in Xinjiang for an inspection and research visit.

From August 21 to 24, at the invitation of the People’s Government of Yuli County, Xinjiang, a delegation led by the Group’s Chairman visited Yuli County to conduct an inspection and research tour. Chai Lishan, Executive Deputy County Mayor, and Zhou Yanqiang, Deputy County Mayor, accompanied the delegation, while leaders from the County Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, Transportation Bureau, Development and Reform Commission, Investment Promotion Office, and other relevant departments participated in a symposium.

At the symposium, Chai Lishan and Zhou Yanqiang warmly welcomed the chairman and his delegation, fully commended the group’s development over the past three decades, and outlined Yuli County’s key initiatives. These include aligning with the autonomous region’s “Eight Major Industrial Clusters,” vigorously attracting investment, expanding effective investment, accelerating the cultivation of new drivers of productivity, and proactively fostering a world-class business environment by providing high-quality, efficient services and maximum policy support and resource guarantees for enterprises and projects. They also extended a warm welcome to Anhui Xinjian Group to invest and develop in Yuli County, jointly pursuing shared growth.

The chairman stated that Yuli County is a key county within the Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang, boasting a unique geographical location, abundant resources, a long history, and a profound cultural heritage. It serves as a central hub for developing the commerce and logistics network in southern Xinjiang and stands as an important pivot for the new-era Western Development Strategy and the Silk Road’s westward opening. In recent years, the Yuli County Party Committee and County Government have formulated targeted policies tailored to local conditions, focusing on restructuring the economy and transforming growth models. As a result, significant progress has been made in national economic and social development, attracting keen attention from insightful individuals at home and abroad and establishing Yuli as a prime destination for investment promotion in western China. The chairman highly commended Yuli County’s robust development prospects and favorable business environment, expressing the hope to continuously strengthen coordination and consultations with Yuli County, deepen exchanges and cooperation across multiple sectors, further refine project planning and development strategies, achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and contribute to the county’s economic and social advancement.

During the inspection, the chairman and his delegation also visited the Kongque River Project in Yuli County, which is being undertaken by the group. They instructed the project management team to use this project as a springboard to build Anhui Xinjian’s brand and reputation, deliver a satisfactory outcome to the Yuli County government, and strive to open up a new chapter for Anhui Xinjian’s development in Xinjiang.
