On February 28, the Group held a grand meeting on workplace safety for 2025 and the first-quarter session of the Safety Committee, aiming to further strengthen workplace safety management, enhance all employees’ safety awareness, fully fortify the safety defense line, and steadily advance the Group’s workplace safety efforts for 2025.

On February 28, the Group held a grand meeting on workplace safety for 2025 and the first-quarter session of the Safety Committee, aiming to further strengthen safety management, raise all employees’ safety awareness, firmly reinforce safety safeguards, and systematically advance the Group’s 2025 workplace safety initiatives. More than 40 people attended in person, including company leaders, heads of various departments, project managers, and safety officers.

The meeting began with a screening of an educational video on safety incident warnings. The head of the company’s Safety Department reported on the progress of the company’s safety initiatives for 2024, outlined key priorities for 2025, and provided updates on several recent workplace safety accidents in Hefei.
Subsequently, Wang Pengcheng, Director of the Group’s Safety Committee and General Manager, signed the “2025 Annual Work Safety Target Responsibility Agreements” with the company’s divisional leaders, department managers, and project managers.

Finally, the Group’s General Manager and Chairman each put forward specific requirements: further clarify the Group’s safety production responsibility system; earnestly implement the “dual responsibility” system for each position and establish a comprehensive safety production accountability framework covering all employees; intensify efforts to identify potential hazards and manage risks; substantially strengthen safety education and training; and rigorously ensure the effective implementation of three key measures—adequate funding, real-name registration for construction workers, and environmentally friendly, civilized construction practices. Safety is the top priority for the Group’s development, and our responsibilities are as weighty as Mount Tai. All units must place safety at the forefront, recognizing its critical importance to the overall development of the company. They should make full use of advanced, scientific technologies and adopt robust, feasible, and actionable measures to effectively address weak links in safety management. Responsibilities for safety must be firmly shouldered, diligently managed, and concretely implemented through action, thereby solidifying our safety defenses, continuously elevating the Group’s overall safety management standards, and striving to achieve lasting stability and security for the Group.

The convening of this plenary meeting of the Safety Committee has set the direction for the Group’s safety efforts and provided strong impetus. We are confident that, under the Group’s sound leadership and through the concerted efforts of all employees, we will fully safeguard a stable and improving safety environment, thereby laying a solid safety foundation for the smooth implementation of all the Group’s initiatives in the new year.
