On February 4, coinciding with the beginning of spring, a launch ceremony marking the introduction of Poly Property Services to the headquarters building of Anhui Xinjian Holding Group was held in grand style in the 19th-floor conference room of the new headquarters. Attending the ceremony were He Jun, Administrative Director of the Group, and Lü Yan, Deputy General Manager of Poly Property’s Anhui branch, along with other relevant personnel.
At the ceremony, the group… He Jun, the company’s Chief Administrative Officer, outlined the organization’s 30-year journey of development and its overall strength. He emphasized that the new headquarters building serves as both a flagship for the Group’s image and a central hub for its growth, with the quality of property services directly impacting employees’ work experience, the company’s brand reputation, and its long-term strategic positioning. Expressing high expectations for this strategic partnership with Poly Property, he articulated specific hopes and requirements for deepening collaboration and enhancing service delivery—focusing on upholding service commitments, establishing robust communication mechanisms, integrating into the corporate culture, and fostering coordinated teamwork.
Lü Yan, Deputy General Manager of Poly Property’s Anhui Branch, provided a detailed overview of Poly Property’s industry‑leading position, its professional service system, and its extensive management expertise. With regard to taking over the property management of the Group’s headquarters building, She explicitly stated that the company will rigorously uphold its service commitments, further refine its service processes, and clearly define service standards. With professional capabilities characterized by swift responsiveness and precise delivery, it will comprehensively demonstrate Poly Property’s service excellence and sense of responsibility, fully meeting the Group’s demand for high‑quality office environments.
During the key handover ceremony, Zhou Shanggen, the project leader of the Group Headquarters Building, and Chen Fan, the project manager of Poly Property New Construction Holdings, completed the handover of the property office keys and signed the Property Service Confirmation Form. Li Xinchun, Director of the Group General Office, and Zhang Qiang, Manager of the Anhui Market Development Center at Poly Property, signed as supervisors. Subsequently, Chen Fan, the project manager of Poly Property New Construction Holdings, delivered a statement, pledging to fulfill his duties with high‑quality service.
This collaboration represents a strategic partnership that leverages the complementary strengths of both parties.
